Jenna earned her undergraduate degree from University of Southern Maine and went on to receive her Masters of Social Work degree from University of Southern Maine. Jenna has worked in various therapeutic settings such as group homes, a psychiatric hospital, community mental health center and most recently been in private practice for the past 11 years within the Lake Norman community. Jenna opened Peaceful Path Counseling, PLLC in 2021.
Jenna has worked with children & families, adolescents and adults. Jenna enjoys working with all ages, allowing a safe space to process, support and build each individual’s path, in hopes to create peace for each person. Jenna has training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as Play Therapy techniques. Jenna is also certified in Triple P; Positive Parenting Program; allowing her to support families at all stages. Jenna has worked with many individuals who have struggled with anxiety, depression, anger, ADHD/ADD, life changes such as loss of loved one, divorce/separation, moving, and many more life stressors. Jenna, her husband, two children and the family dog, reside in the Lake Norman area. Jenna and her family love the outdoors, biking, hiking, camping, the beach, road trips to New England & Florida and spending time with loved ones near and far. |

Information about Services and Non-Insurance Rates
Jenna is eager to meet with you in person or telehealth for your counseling experience.
Jenna offers evening appointments during the week.
Jenna also offers day time Saturday appointments every other week to meet your needs.
Non-insurance rates are as follows:
Assessments/Initial Evaluations: $150/hour
Individual therapy hours thereafter: $130/hour
Consultation (Individual or Family): $150/hour
A detailed good faith estimate of services will be provided to those clients
not using insurance at the time of service or upon request.
Peaceful Path Counseling, PLLC maintains contracts with the above insurance companies.
If you are using in-network insurance, your rates will differ based on those contracts.
